This form is to be completed to raise an application for a warranty against an engine or spare part.

On completion of this form, the details will be sent to our warranty team for review. From here we will either approve the claim or request further information. Please include a phone number where possible so that we can contact you to discuss the problems further if needed.

• Fill out as much detail below as possible.
• For engines, the full serial number will be required to check all details of the engine. Without this, the claim cannot be progressed further.
• ALL claims should be accompanied by photos or videos of the problem that has occurred.
• Once the claim is approved, details will be forwarded to you. Any parts will be shipped if required.
• Warranty labour will be paid out using our Standard Repair Times (SRT’s). This has been calculated to include the repair and testing of the machine. Any variances from these SRT’s will need to be approved before the claim is finalised.
