Yanmar has been at the forefront of design and production for small compact air-cooled diesel engines. The total production of these engines has now exceeded 1.5 million engines since the start of production back in 1959.
Yanmar’s current ‘L Series’ engines are designed and produced specifically for different markets around the world. Their engines range in power from 2.6 kW up to 14.7 kW and continue to power stationary and off-highway equipment worldwide.
The L-N series of engines are designed specifically for the Southeast Asia, Middle East and Africa markets where emissions are not considered for these engines.
The L-V series of engines are fully EURO STAGE V approved specifically for the UK and European markets. These are also a great choice for Japan and surrounding areas.
The L-W engines has been designed and approved to EPA Tier IV Final to fully comply with the USA markets and legislation.
